The bit about effective communication should be sent to every network and affiliate manager! Entire emails contructed in images seem such a waste of affiliates time. Having to type out every little bit rather than having access to essential text. I'd also add that sending out emails saying "the new text for this program is available within the network website, please ensure you update your sites immediately" should be banned! Truth is, the advice from a book like this is critical in our over-informed online world. The best and most visited sites, and therefore most successful affiliates use a road map for their sites that allow for an easy to understand yet ever changing landscape. Thanks for the tip.
