In the webgains system, we have added in the &quot;data feed download&quot; the date when the file was last changed on its location (on the merchant&#039;s site) and the date we last tested it (daily). Furthermore, in the &quot;data feed url generator&quot; there is a tick box &quot;check for changes only&quot;. You can check whether a feed has changed since you last fetched it using this checkbox. If checked the URL will return 1 if the feed has changed since you last fetched it, or 0 if it is still the same.
